Research Interventionist

Ms. Falkovic is a Research Interventionist in the Department of Population Health Sciences. She has been in research at Duke for 14 years and has worked with different populations in a variety of settings including couples communication in breast cancer, advanced GI cancer, parents of pediatric cancer patients; palliative care; liver transplant, kidney transplant and smoking cessation. Prior to her research career at Duke, she worked as a hospital social worker in neonatal intensive care and pediatric oncology at the Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford.

Ms. Falkovic has a Master of Social Work degree from the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis.
