Ms. Greiner manages the PopHealth DataShare™ analytics team and is a principal biostatistician with over 16 years experience in academic research and 9 years in software engineering in the telecommunications industry. She serves as a mentor to biostatisticians, programmers, students, fellows, and a consultant to faculty investigators.

Her expertise lies in biostatistics, observational and comparative effectiveness research, SAS statistical programming, data science, and data management, using large-scale health insurance claims, electronic health records, clinical registries and cohort study data. For the past 15 years at Duke, Ms. Greiner directed or conducted analytics on numerous clinical, healthcare services and health policy research studies in heart failure, cardiovascular disease, peripheral arterial disease, interventional cardiology, atrial fibrillation, diabetes, stroke, geriatrics, urology, palliative care, orthopedics, cancer, family medicine, and psychiatry. She has been the lead or second author on over 80 research publications including articles in JAMA, Circulation, and Archives of Internal Medicine.

Ms. Greiner received a BS in Mathematical Sciences at Nicholls State University and earned her MS in Mathematical Sciences at Clemson University.
