The instructors who received a median rating of 4.5 or greater on all instructor characteristics questions and on the overall instructor effectiveness rating are Maurice Brookhart, Theresa Coles, Amy Corneli, and Meira Epplein. These educators have demonstrated exceptional expertise and dedication, earning the respect and admiration of their students.

The courses that achieved a median rating of 4.5 (of 5) or greater on four or more course characteristics questions and on the overall course rating include Analytic Methods II, Fundamentals of Qualitative Research Design, Grant Writing in Population Health, and Professional Development II.

Not all DPHS courses were evaluated by OBGE. The recognition is a snapshot of the outstanding faculty and courses that continually deliver exceptional expertise and commitment to Duke’s master’s, PhD, and certificate program students.
