Ashley received her Bachelor of Science in Global Health from Duke Kunshan University, where she developed a strong interest in cancer prevention, intervention design, and patient care. Her passion for improving health outcomes drives her academic and professional pursuits. Outside of class, Ashley loves traveling with friends and playing badminton, which helps her stay active and balanced.

Her research experience includes conducting a systematic reviews on the topic of AI applications in early cancer diagnosis, and she also examined the impact of the COVID pandemic on the CSO-Engaged Multisectoral Cancer Prevention and Control Program in China. Additionally, Ashley founded a maternal and child health program in rural China, where she conducted field studies and developed an online platform to address gaps in health education and care access. Through these experiences, she is committed to advancing population health and improving healthcare outcomes globally.
