Join Duke’s Department of Population Health Sciences for a free virtual event, Beginners Guide to Population Health, on November 16 at 1 pm EST to learn the answers to these questions and so much more. Free virtual events like these are an excellent way to continue your education on the latest in the health sciences field no matter where you are!

During this virtual event, you will: 

  • Hear from faculty leaders as they break down the basics of population health and what makes it unique 
  • Understand how population health scientists tackle some of today’s toughest public health challenges
  • Become familiar with the tools that population health scientists use to address big healthcare problems and make a difference
  • Be inspired by the impact that population health sciences can have on communities and populations around the world
